Mr. Pazirandeh is a fair and meticulous with caring for the property. We recently received a new HVAC system, new elevators and the grounds are always well keep. My private Audiology practice has been very happily located in the 90 Madison Plaza building managed by Ariana Properties for the past 3 1/2 years. It has been a pleasure to deal with Mohsen and the team from the first moment I toured the property. The Management is extremely easy to work with concerning all aspects of being a tenant. The transition and the move to this beautiful building were expedited and easy working with Mohsen, and terms and leases have been very fair and reasonable. Any tenant issues are addressed quickly and professionally by the staff. The building grounds are always well groomed and the building is perfectly clean at all times.
